Health & Safety

  • Motion Sickness: Virtual Verse XR brings the world of virtual reality to life with fully immersive experiences. We've taken great care to ensure that our room-scale designs provide users the freedom to move around unhindered, minimizing the risk of motion sickness. We understand that the difference between your actual and perceived motion can cause discomfort, which is why we use cutting-edge technology that tracks your movement in real time. Enjoy a fully immersive VR experience like never before.

  • Cleaning and Sanitization Process: As cleanliness is a big deal for us we decided to use CleanBox with our VR goggles and remotes. CleanBox uses UVC disinfection. Cleanbox UVC LED products have been independently lab-validated to ensure each Cleanbox product effectively eliminates 99.999% of all contagions. Engineered to impact every surface and shadow of the device cleaned, Cleanbox UVC LED disrupts the DNA and RNA viruses, bacteria, germs, and fungi, killing up to 99.999% of pathogens. All other equipment is sanitized after each use. Sanitizing our equipment and facilities is a standard procedure.

Booking & Pricing

  • Are Videos Included: Bystanders are more than welcome to record and share the video of your gameplay for you. Our staff is happy to take additional pictures or recordings during your session.

  • What Payments are Accepted: We accept Cash and Credit/Debit Cards.

  • What if I have to change or cancel a reservation?

    • Please refer to specific booking Cancellation Policy.

    • No-shows on the day of the booking will be charged full price.

Changes to bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to the availability of the requested change. Please reach out to us directly (509)707-0121 to change your booking.

  • Do you offer gift cards? Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Lost, misplaced, or stolen gift cards are non-replaceable.

  • What size groups can I bring?

    • Games are built for 2-4 people.

    • When booking a party, players are limited to 10. (2-4 People per game).

      • Additional spectators welcome.

Gameplay

  • How Many People in a Game: Some game options have the ability to run one person at a time. Some game options require two people. The escape rooms are built for 2-6 people depending on the room. Parties can have a maximum number of 30 guests with 10 game play participants. The arena can only accommodate up to 4 players at a time.

  • Can We Take Photos?: Yes! We encourage sharing your experience with your friends and loved ones. You can always ask your host to take pictures or videos as well.

The Experience

  • What Should I Wear?: Light comfortable clothing is best. This is an active experience so make sure you wear something comfortable to move in.

  • When Should I Arrive? What is Your Late Policy?: The best time to arrive is 10 minutes early. To ensure other guest bookings are not impacted we have a strict 5 minute grace period. Tardiness beyond 5 minutes will result in a $50 fee with the rest of your initial payment being applied to a future booking.

  • Can I Wear Glasses?: Yes and no. Headsets will fit over some, not all glasses.

  • Do you Accept Walk-Ins? Yes, subject to time slot availability. Walk-ins are welcome between bookings.

  • How long is the Experience? Experience length is 30 to 60 minutes long. The experience includes 5-10 minutes to pick games, gear up, and complete a tutorial, game play, and 5 minutes at the end to de-gear. Escape rooms are a 65 minute experience with 50 minutes of game play.

  • Is there a Minimum Age Requirement?  For any game play we recommend ages 5 and up. Escape rooms we recommend ages 10 and up. All minors must have an adult to sign a waiver.
